Goalie Warriors


Due to the nature of our vigorous and very demanding training regimen, we like to reward our goalkeepers with fun and games at the end of the camp. Although they are fun, they are still competitive and integrate a critical game-like experience to training, and that is something that cannot be taught through drills.


Plyometric Training


Being a goalkeeper, one must be very explosive to get from post to post or from the goal box to the ball. Many of our drills incorporate the use of plyometrics to build the necessary strength to accomplish that and more.


Reaction Training


A Goalkeeper must be able to quickly adapt and react to various situations. Using the latest in training tools and equipment, United Goalkeeper Academy will work with each goalkeeper to improve their reflexes.


Strength Training


Collin Santos is the Head Strength Trainer at United Goalkeeper Academy. His experience and certification in Strength Training make him ideal instructor to improve our Goalkeepers. Coach Collin works with our Goalkeepers to ensure they have strength and endurance required to be as effective from the start of a match to the final whistle.

At United Goalkeeper Academy we believe that the key to development is creating a quality bond between coach and goalkeeper that will last through the years. On the soccer field the United Goalkeeper Academy coaches will strive to develop goalies with:
